Agreement to Terms

Welcome to PaySure by Codezy Software. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PaySure iOS application ("App" or "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using PaySure, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

Definitions

• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Codezy Software.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual using the PaySure App.
• "App" or "Service" refers to the PaySure iOS application.
• "Content" refers to any data you enter into the App, including subscription information.

Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PaySure. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Intended Use

PaySure is designed to help you:

• Track your personal subscriptions and recurring charges
• Predict upcoming payments
• Identify unused services to save money

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

Your Data

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PaySure. Your subscription data belongs to you.

Data Storage

PaySure stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription information you enter. PaySure provides tools to help you track subscriptions but does not verify the accuracy of your entries.

Intellectual Property

The PaySure App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Codezy Software and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PaySure is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Predictions about upcoming charges will be 100% accurate
• The App will identify all unused subscriptions

Important: PaySure is a tracking tool and does not provide financial advice. Always verify subscription details with your service providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codezy Software shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or financial losses
• Missed payments or charges due to inaccurate predictions
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

Payments and Subscriptions

PaySure is available as a free download. If premium features are offered:

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

Termination

You may stop using PaySure at any time by deleting the App from your device. Upon deletion, your locally stored data will be removed.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of PaySure after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
