Getting Started

Welcome to PaySure! Here's how to get started with tracking your subscriptions:

  1. Add Your First Subscription: Tap the '+' button to add a subscription. Enter the name, cost, and billing cycle.
  2. Set Up Notifications: Enable notifications in Settings to receive reminders before charges.
  3. Review Your Dashboard: The main screen shows all your subscriptions and upcoming charges.
  4. Identify Unused Services: PaySure will help you spot subscriptions you might want to cancel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Tap the '+' button on the main screen. Enter the subscription name, cost, billing cycle (weekly, monthly, yearly), and the next payment date. Tap 'Save' to add it to your list.

Your subscription data is stored locally on your device. PaySure is designed with privacy first – your financial information never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

To edit: Tap on any subscription to open its details, then tap 'Edit' to make changes. To delete: Swipe left on a subscription and tap 'Delete', or open the details and tap the delete button.

Yes! Go to Settings > Export Data to download your subscription information. You can export as CSV or JSON format for your records.

PaySure can send you notifications before your subscriptions are charged. Go to Settings > Notifications to choose when you want to be reminded (1 day before, 3 days before, etc.).

Since your data is stored locally, deleting the app will also delete your subscription data. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling if you want to keep a backup.

Troubleshooting

App Not Loading Properly

Try these steps:

  • Force close the app and reopen it
  • Restart your device
  • Check for app updates in the App Store
  • Ensure you have enough storage space on your device

Notifications Not Working

To fix notification issues:

  • Go to iOS Settings > PaySure > Notifications and ensure they're enabled
  • Check that Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications
  • Verify notification settings within the PaySure app
