Application-Specific Terms

Creva

When using Creva, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the content you create and store
• Collaboration features require consent from all participants
• We are not responsible for loss of data due to device issues

Billster

When using Billster, you acknowledge that:

• The app is for personal expense tracking purposes only
• We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice
• You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data you input
• Receipt scanning features use image recognition technology and may not be 100% accurate

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of our Services may require payment. By purchasing any paid features:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to their terms
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
